Yellowstone Cocktails: From the Bunkhouse “The Red Domino”

Up your game with a bright red Gin & juice cocktail made with ingredients local to Yellowstone's Dutton family ranch and inspired by the red dominos played in the Bunkhouse.

Ingredients

4 dried juniper berries divided
4 small sprigs rosemary divided
2 oz Ransom dry gin
2 oz sour cherry juice
2 oz orange or tangerine flavored sparkling water

Instructions

Muddle two juniper berries and 2 rosemary sprigs in the bottom of a shaker to release the flavors. Add the dry gin and sour cherry juice, then fill with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty, then pour into a rocks glass and top with sparkling water to fill. Garnish with the remaining rosemary sprigs and juniper berries.
