The Fish & Chips Sandwich recipe I developed for The Unofficial Elf Cookbook may be one of the greatest sandwiches ever invented (IMO). It’s everything I love about fish & chips… in sandwich form! Beer battered Alaskan cod with malt vinegar tartar sauce, French fries, coleslaw and pickles. This super easy recipe utilizes premade fish fillets and frozen french fries that I cook together in the air fryer. Feel free to make the fish and fries by hand if desired.
