Makes enough dough for one large, or two smaller pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full fat or 2%
- 1 1/2 cup self-rising flower
Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt and flour in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated, then kneed on a floured surface until the dough is soft and pliable; about 5-8 minutes.
